Carpet installer the best
We purchased bedroom carpet from Flooring USA and it was installed by Anthony. We had an issue with wrinkling but Anthony came back and fixed our problem. He was cordial and professional and called us after the fixed to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend USA and ask for Anthony for the install.

We have enjoyed shopping at flooring USA for our condo renovations over the past two years. There is a large selection of carpet, tile , laminate and wood flooring. Fran and Wes are knowledgeable and patient in helping us to choose the best materials at the best prices for our various projects. We were most pleased with the installation of the laminate flooring in our foyer, hallways and great room by Tom Coffee. Some of the laminate planks had to be adjusted when we returned from our summer in the north this year. Tom came quickly, always polite and promptly and expertly resolved the minor problem. We are more than satisfied our beautiful new laminate flooring from Flooring USA and highly commend and recommend Tom Coffee for the expert installation.

My husband and i have used these guys for years. They are way better then the big box stores. They take pride in there work and follow to make sure everything is what they promised. Never had a problem or a concern. They show up when they say they are coming. The products they sell are a great value.

Work was not attention to detail
We had flooring USA install tile in our home. We don't live in Stuart and we're told that Fran the manager would personally check the work and give his approval. He told us when the job was completed that everything looked great and that we didn't even have to clean. Well there was missing grout, fracked threshold and it took us 3 hours to clean. No way did a professional installer complete the job and very scary if the manager truly checked the job and thought it looked great. They did come back and re grouted and fixed threshold but it cracked 10 mins after they left. Be careful if you use this company. One last note the owner came and measured the job and said they would re grout the whole bathroom where there was a separate repair job. When I discussed this with the manager Fran he said the owner doesn't know what he is saying or doing we just send him to measure. Pretty scary.

Excellent Carpeting Experience
My husband and I are so impressed with the entire purchasing and installation process that we have had with your company. Fran and Bob were very knowledgeable and professional from the moment that we came into the store. Fran presented several good options based upon our preferences. The price that was quoted included the measuring, estimate, installation and the carpet itself. It's very unusual these days to have such an honest transaction like this. The two men that installed the carpeting were very professional and courteous. They removed the old carpet (and took it with them for disposal) and installed the new carpet within a few hours. The seams and the pattern matching are superb. My husband and I agree that this has been the best carpet purchase/installation that we have ever experienced. We are now planning on having the guest room carpeting replaced as well. Thank you Fran, Bob and the carpet installers.

We LOVE Our New Floor!
We purchased the Core Tec Luxury Vinyl plank flooring, and had it layed over all the tile & in EVERY room in our Villa. It looks AMAZING! Fran was our Sales Rep & he was great! Very helpful & thorough on describing the process & product. The Installer, Tom, was the absolute BEST! He is a true perfectionist who made sure all preparation was done first, and then installed the planks, insuring they were level & created a natural wood floor appearance. We could not be happier & would recommend Flooring USA and this product to anyone looking for a true wood look, without the fussy maintenance or worry about water of moisture damage. Great for Florida living!

this was a class act 100%. We are completely satisfied in fact, $@!#% near over joyed. I say this because not only did the carpet go well but Bob and in particular, Raymond assisted me with a difficult unloading of my custom 50K Harley from a moving truck! Incredible service all the way around! Finally, the owner also helped my wife and I with a fantastic savings by saving us 500+ dollars from what we had initially selected during our first shopping phase for the carpet.

We came to Flooring USA to look at our options for replacing existing flooring for a new house purchase . Fran was very helpful in helping selecting flooring samples in our price range. We were working with a tight schedule and everything went perfectly. Rod who did the tile removal and installation was terrific...he even came back on a Sunday to finish up. The laminate crew also did a great job. Both groups also did a fantastic job cleaning up. The floors are beautiful and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend FLOORING USA!
